Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of digital marketing execution, from hands-on work to project management, holding teams accountable for hitting goals and KPIs.
- Make communication calendars and syndication plans.
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to leverage core product and marketing content towards other needs, such as channel/partner marketing, lead generation programs and vertical market campaigns.
- Create and manage paid ads.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience at a startup or high-growth company.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to think creatively and explore new ways of executing projects.
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels - Google+, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent content writing skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
