Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes
- Manage company culture and improve communication
- Manage employee relations
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions and terminations
- Develop and implement HR polices & procedures
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Maintain and update job descriptions
- Develop salary structure based on market survey
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Performance Management: Set KPIs and keep track of employee’s performance
- Oversee and manage employee’s annual performance appraisal
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- HR Diploma or other related certificates is a must
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager
- Excellent command of English language ( Both written and Spoken )
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent listening, and negotiation skill
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication skill
- Time management & problem solving
- Excellent Leadership skills
