Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes
  • Manage company culture and improve communication 
  • Manage employee relations 
  • Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Develop and implement HR polices & procedures 
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Maintain and update job descriptions 
  • Develop salary structure based on market survey 
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Performance Management: Set KPIs and keep track of employee’s performance 
  • Oversee and manage employee’s annual performance appraisal 
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • HR Diploma or other related certificates  is a must
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager
  • Excellent command of English language ( Both written and Spoken )
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent listening, and negotiation skill
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Time management & problem solving
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • Attention to details
