Job Description
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Coordinate work with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Evaluate and recommend the appropriate conflict resolution solution
- Execute project with the urgency required to deliver business value
- Determine risk management options
- Estimate budgetary needs based on the scope of the project
- Manage costs to ensure project budgets are met
- Identify and solve construction issues on site
- Plan and manger schedules
- Determine quality standards required for project deliverables

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Experience in mega projects is a MUST
- Proven working experience in project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Good understanding of quality control and risk management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Analytical skills
