Job Description
We are looking for highly trainable Accountants to join our team, to service our clients who are based in North America
This role if perfect for those who would like to learn and expand their accounting knowledge, confident with technology and learning new software and individuals who are looking forward to experiencing work life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliations across multiple companies.
- General Ledger Maintenance/ Bookkeeping.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable management.
- Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts.
- Processing up to Trial Balance stage.
- Preparing Business Activity statements
- Tax reporting & Compliance
- Tax returns
Working Hours: Night Shift ( 4PM-12AM)
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting – English section is a must
- Speaks / Writes English fluently
- 1-3 Years of Hands on Experience in an accounting role
- Keen attention to details and deadline-oriented
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Experience in using accounting software like MS Dynamics, XERO, QuickBooks Online, MYOB is desirable.
- Willing to be trained and can work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solver with a process improvement mentality
