Job Description
- Develop and lead proper execution of Supply Chain planning strategies to reach optimal operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
- Determine key supply chain KPIs.
- Oversees material capacity, reviews material usage, and supplier management.
- Create and construct all purchasing and warehouse processes and documentation cycle.
- Optimize warehouse functions and warehouse processes.
- Working with procurement team and buyers to select products that are in demand and will sell.
- Suggest solutions for process improvements.
- Planning the best way to get goods from suppliers to distribution centers and retailers
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers.
- Tracking shipments and stock levels using SAP system.
- Looking at ways to improve supply chain networks
- Monitoring overall performance to make sure targets are met.
- Preparing forecasts and inventories, ensuring stores have enough stock.
- training and managing a team of supply chain staff.
- Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
- Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.

Job Requirements
- Willing to travel to different work sites.
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field (FMCG experience is a must)
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Working experience of relevant software (SAP)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
