Job Description
- Actively coach and mentor the project team for process execution, policy & practices.
- Leading and participating in the company process improvement and design program, including establishing and implementing CMMI for development with agile.
- Planning, developing, and maintaining the Quality Management System and Manage QMS assets Library.
- Participate in the process and workflow automation.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of the Process Improvement project according to the recommended Quality modern standards process, Business best practices, and company objectives.
- Conduct orientation & Training on the new processes if needed.
- Identify process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
- Planning and preparing for the external audit.
- Drive resolution of issues collected from all assessments and reviews of the project.
- Lead process Improvement Action Plan to reach process capability goals in the project.
- Coordinate and manage meetings with the related stakeholders regarding taking the suitable corrective actions to cover any comments related to the audit status.
- Providing consultancy services to all stakeholders of the project related to Quality assurance activities and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience as a business process improvement engineer.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Experience with BPMN.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and derive insights from multidimensional data, preferred
- Certified green belt six sigma.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, particularly EasybI or similar platforms.
- The ability to actively look for ways of improvement and good service orientation.
- Knowledge of systems analysis and determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
- Experience with CMMI model or ISO Standards.
