Job Description
- Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Talent Management function to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention..
- Develop & maintain right manpower planning for respective business units and provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and report back to the HR Director.
- Identify training needs for business units and report back to the HR Director & talent management function.
- Evaluate and monitor success of training programs and report feedback to the Talent Management function.
- Responsible for recruitment for their business units in collaboration with talent management function.
- Implement HR policies & procedures and revert back with input on improvement ideas.
- Implement the performance management system, track performance & identify gaps.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of business administration, commerce, or a related field
- HR certificates/diplomas are a plus
Minimum Experience:
- 6 to 9 years of experience in HR - preferably at least 2 of them as an HRBP
- Experience in a tech industry is a plus
- Very good knowledge in all HR areas
