Job Description
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Only friday off
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years and up to 9 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Retail OR Cosmatic experience required.
- Residency in Sohag Governorate is MUST.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in using Excel.
- Proficiency with Financial Reports, and financial analysis.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory accounting position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with audit processes and financial compliance is highly desirable.
