Job Description
- Lead the technical office activities related to curtain wall and glazing systems, ensuring all engineering deliverables meet project specifications and timelines.
- Prepare and review detailed shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for curtain wall and glazing projects.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Conduct structural and thermal analysis of curtain wall systems to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and clients to clarify technical requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
- Oversee the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation for handover and closeout.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and schedule adherence.
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize design, materials, and installation methods.
- Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and best practices in facade engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in curtain wall and glazing engineering, with a proven track record in technical office roles.

- Extensive knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and analysis software.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and review technical drawings and documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills .
- Solid understanding of structural and thermal performance requirements for curtain wall systems.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with building codes and standards related to facade engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite as required and adapt to project needs.
