Job Description
We are looking for a Chronic Help Desk Officer at Yodawy who will report to the Chronic Help
Desk Manager. In a nutshell, the Chronic Help Desk Officer provides chronic care management
for patients under the direction of the patient’s payer company follows the patient's physician,
evaluates medication change requests via email, and responds accordingly. Those activities
should adhere to organizationally agreed policies, procedures, and guidelines.
-Align with the Chronic Help Desk Manager on a daily schedule, priorities, and target number of
requests to be processed.
-Review and validate medication change/addition/deletion request details received through mail
to ensure that it meets the processing requirements and respond with action taken within the
agreed SLA.
-Review member’s chronic medications listed on the system and execute the necessary
requested edits by the agreement with each Payer.
-Attendance at the workplace whether in the Yodawy office or the payer’s location
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
2+ Years of experience in a similar field
Very well organized and detail-oriented.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
