Job Description
- Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of PCs, Printers and Network equipment.
- Configuration Authentication, authorization and directory Services.
- Manage Users Mail Accounts and Passwords.
- Support and administer ERP System.
- Good knowledge with Servers and PCs Backup.
- Good experience in Sophos Firewall and SD-Red VPN.
- Implementing network security policies.
- Rolling out new equipment as well as performing corrective and preventative measures on existing equipment.
- Resolve problems that reported by end-user.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Good in English
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university (Communications engineering or computer science background is preferred).
- An affinity with the IT world, you understand what an ERP is and what open source is
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Complete understanding of ERP and open source concepts.
- Performs LAN administration functions; monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN system performance and resolves communications and networking problems
