Job Description
The position will require management of a broad range of functions and areas for Terraco Group’s Egypt operations, including but not limited to;
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from Terraco products in a designated region
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Preparing commercial offers & negotiate the contract terms
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- After-sales support services
- Preparing reports for Sales management
- Meeting regular sales targets
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Solving client problems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the Egyptian market.
- Strong understanding of the Egyptian market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid Egyptian driving license and own vehicle.
Miscellaneous
- Experience in the finishing materials, decorative finishes, exterior coatings and dry-mix products market.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Communication skills, problem solving skills, and computer skills.
