Job Description

1- Effectively execute and manage every element of the sales process at an individual level and build a top notch direct sales team.
2- Set up pricing strategies depending on the product situation and cost.
3- Prepares sales budgets and approves budget expenditures.
4- Preparing the midterm / short-term / annual sales forecast by projecting unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profits for the sales departments.
5- Meets with key sales managers to establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
6- Evaluate and administers key sales manager for achievements and performance
7- Ensures that key sales managers understand sales policies, procedures, and sales systems.
8- Visiting dealers to evaluate their performance according to certain determined measurements and approved budget plans.
9- Dealership and network selection and evaluation.
10- Monitors wholesale, fleet, and retail sales performance to ensure achievement of the company's goals and objectives.
11- Lead and provide advice/support to wholesale, retail and fleet managers and their staff.
12- Hires, trains, supervises, and monitors the performance sub department managers.
13- Provides feedback annually to sales department personnel during career development sessions.
14- Works with Managing Director to determine appropriate supply for new vehicles / orders in accordance with the annual target.
15- Establishes standards for displaying, merchandising, and maintaining new vehicles.
16- Issuing work organization decisions for sales team and ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained.
17- Meets with the MD to review monthly forecasts, commission sheets, productivity reports, and the profit performance of each department as a whole and each salesperson individually.
18- Plans and directs recruiting, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programmes.
19- Analysing dealers monthly forecast, actual sales figures, distribution procedures and inventory control.
20- Analyse sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
21- Studies local market conditions, demographics, and past sales history, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions, and compensation plans.
22- Reviews and initials all deals before they are posted.
13- Establish and build strong client relationships and create customer retention programes.
24- Formulate and manage sales strategy using every tech.

Job Requirements

1-BCS in Mechanical Engineer (Automotive)
2-Bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Commerce English section/ 
3-Master’s in business administration.
4-+15 years of experience in Automotive sales with Sales Manager experience.
5-Proven understanding for Automotive business chain
6-Good knowledge of different business functions
7-Strong leadership qualities
8-Exceptional sales and management skill
9-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
10-Excellent computer / Technology skill
11-Strong work ethics
12-Able to motivate & lead others to achieve required goals.
