Job Description
MAIN TASKS:
- Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
- Responding to client support queries.
- Diagnosing issues with computer and mobile software, peripherals, and hardware.
- Providing basic IT training.
- Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
- Following up with clients.
- Completing support tickets.
Job Requirements
- REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must hold a relative bachelor’s degree.
• Candidate must possess (1-2) years of experience in IT helpdesk.
• Knowledge of computer and mobile software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems. - Knowledge of SALESBUZZ Application is preferred.
