Job Description

MAIN TASKS:

  • Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
  • Responding to client support queries.
  • Diagnosing issues with computer and mobile software, peripherals, and hardware.
  • Providing basic IT training.
  • Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
  • Following up with clients.
  • Completing support tickets.

Job Requirements

  • REQUIREMENTS:

    • Candidate must hold a relative bachelor’s degree.
    • Candidate must possess (1-2) years of experience in IT helpdesk.
    • Knowledge of computer and mobile software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of SALESBUZZ Application is preferred.
