Job Description
- Audit and ensure the implementation of the QC systems and procedures.
- Responsible for monitoring the quality of company products to ensure that the final products are in compliance with quality standards.
- Manage the implementation of all activities related to the requirements and standards of quality ISO certificates .
- Monitor pest control program, operational methods, and good manufacturing practice and take corrective actions in presence of deviation.
- Incoming material inspection according to standards, material book, and customer requirements
- Preparing for non conformance reports for unacceptable materials
- Collect and analyze production samples to evaluate quality.
- Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.
- Stop production if serious product defects are present.
- Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
- Evaluate quality of materials or products.
- Confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities.
- Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities.
- Monitor organizational procedures to ensure proper functioning.
- Communicate organizational information to customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is a Preferred with preferably a degree in quality control.
- Previous experience in the (FMCG OR Food or Plastics) industry
- 10+ years experience in manufacturing field (FMCG ,Food ,or Plastics) background is a Preferred , minimum 3 years of which in a similar position .
- Very Good in English Spoken and written.
- TPM Principles
- Total Quality Management TQM.
