Role Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team full-time at our office in Egypt. This role is critical in driving market expansion and ensuring the success of our clients by upselling and cross-selling IT services, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities: Pinpoint new business opportunities and potential clients within the target market.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact and coordinate meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Present Solutions: Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the company’s solutions and services, ensuring clarity on capabilities and scope.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and expectations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. New Client Acquisition Rate: Number of new clients acquired within a given period.
  2. Sales Target Achievement: Performance against monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  3. Conversion Rate: Percentage of client meetings that successfully convert into signed contracts.
  4. Client Satisfaction: Measured through feedback and evaluations from clients.
  5. Engagement Metrics: Frequency and quality of client meetings and presentations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of [specific industry, if applicable] is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Technical Knowledge: 
    • Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of technical experience in at least three of the following: 
      1. Office 365
      2. Microsoft Security (Azure and Office 365)
      3. Microsoft Azure
      4. Office 365 development services (SharePoint Online, Power Platform)
      5. Microsoft products (Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM)
      6. Microsoft Data & AI services (SQL, Power BI, Azure Cognitive Services)
    • Required Technical Knowledge Level: Strong understanding of IT services, industry trends, and technical solutions.
  • Preferred Background: A presales background is highly advantageous.
