Job Description
ICT Operations and governance:
- Monitor and follow up on internet service contacts, renewals, and payment schedules across all company branches.
- Maintain and update the ICT service contracts register (Hardware, Cloud services)
- Track and report GSM usage, renewal cycles, sub accounts assignments, and cost center allocations.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining all ICT documentation (Compliance reports)
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection across ICT-related activities.
Business Development & Process Improvement:
- Follow up and organize cross-departmental meetings for the development, review, and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Document and circulate meeting minutes, decisions, and action items for follow-up.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure updates and policy enhancements are consistently applied.
- Support the direct manager in monitoring ongoing company enhancement projects such as (ERP, Website, social media, digital presence, employee engagement, and digital transformation campaigned presenting the report and dashboards for management review.
- Assist in preparing and presenting the report and dashboards for management review.
Administrative and coordination tasks:
- Follow and maintain organized filing systems for all contracts, policies, and project documentation (physically & digitally)
- Manage schedule, reminders, and follow-up emails for ICT and business development activities.
