Job Description
- Develops and initiates quality standards for technical tests, inspections, and evaluations.
- Manages and supervises quality management and performance management process.
- Develops Quality management systems, processes, and plans.
- Plans for detailed and recorded inspections for FM services to ensure services are provided properly compared to the pre-developed policies & standards.
- Manages and plans for ISO certifications for quality
- Setting quality policies and procedures of the company, monitoring their implementation and development periodically, and adhering to the laws and regulations in force.
- Creating and reviewing the specifications of the products offered by the company.
- Determine the requirements of the raw materials required from suppliers, set their specifications, and examine them upon receipt and ensure their conformity.
- Supervising all procedures of the product manufacturing stages with third parties, and carrying out the necessary examination upon receipt and comparing them with the established standards.
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet required specifications.
- Inspect, test or measure materials required for production.
- Reporting to top management trends in production field
- Understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
- Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
- Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
- Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years’ minimum experience in facilities management and operation & maintenance field and previous experience in the same position.
- Good knowledge of technical documentation and presentation.
- Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings, and status reports.
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
