Job Description
- Manage ongoing ERP support to customers
- Handle Customer's requirements and direct them to the technical team
- Perform daily and monthly operational tasks
- Develops and presents training materials for end-users
- Update ERP technical and business documentation
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of business administration, business informatics, information systems, or computer science.
- Ability to work with employees at all levels and implement changes
- Organized, customer service-minded and detail-oriented
- Team player, good communication and social skills
- Basic knowledge of all aspects of ERP project lifecycle including design, blueprinting, functional configuration, testing, and cutover to system Go-Live.
- Excellent understanding of industry best practices as related to Finance Accounting, Procurement, Inventory Management, CRM, Sales, and Distribution.
- Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into business solutions as well as process improvements.
- Knowledge and functional skills in Many ERP solutions National Or International would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ERPNEXT is a Preferable
- Experience in finance and accounting is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in the English language and client-facing skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
