Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Develop a positive relationship with clients.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients on time.
  • Make onsite visits to new prospects.
  • Maintain client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain business commitment forecast and target achievement.
  • Achieve sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned business strategies.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Ensuring he/she is aware of all competitive activities within accounts and preventing attrition
  • Protects an organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a must.
  • Selling experience in Software solutions is a must,
  • Selling ERP Multinational applications and/or MS Dynamics will be an asset,
  • experience in certain market sectors like Hospitality / Retail / Healthcare will be an asset,
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets,
  • Achieve any required sales certificates or training is an asset.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills.
