Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of accounts.
- Develop a positive relationship with clients.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients on time.
- Make onsite visits to new prospects.
- Maintain client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain business commitment forecast and target achievement.
- Achieve sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned business strategies.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Ensuring he/she is aware of all competitive activities within accounts and preventing attrition
- Protects an organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Selling experience in Software solutions is a must,
- Selling ERP Multinational applications and/or MS Dynamics will be an asset,
- experience in certain market sectors like Hospitality / Retail / Healthcare will be an asset,
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets,
- Achieve any required sales certificates or training is an asset.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
