Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions

Job Requirements
- Experience 7 -10 in the real estate sales field.
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree at least.
- Having the ability to create & lead the sales team.
- Excellent Communication Skills.

- MS Office & CRM system familiarity.

- Experience in Brokerage.
