Job Description
- Lead and motivate the accounts receivable team to achieve targets.
- Oversee invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation processes.
- Monitor outstanding balances to optimize cash flow.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Enhance processes and ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure effective collections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales is a must.
- Proficiency in financial software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
