Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
Ensure execution complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, technicians, and labor teams.
Distribute tasks and monitor workforce performance and productivity.
Inspect ongoing works and report any technical issues or deviations.
Ensure proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Follow up on concrete works, blockwork, plastering, finishing, and other civil activities as required.
Enforce site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Prepare daily progress reports and report site issues to the project management team.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
10 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site execution procedures.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Proven experience supervising workers, subcontractors, and daily site operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
Good knowledge of construction quality and health and safety requirements.
Previous experience in major construction projects is preferred.
