JOB DETAILS

  • Now, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who has Arabic and Japanese skills to join our team since we have started our business in Egypt from last year.
  • We assist all administrative tasks for real estate transactions in New Administrative Capital from contract to close as well as managing the property for our Japanese clients.

Responsibilities:

  • The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.
  • Assist the sales consultants, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Follow up with new clients and offer them what are they looking for. (mostly after sales)
  • Dealing with customers face to face or through telephone or email during handling their issues and inquiries in Japanese (Successful candidate should be able to handle all customers inquiries received timely and professionally. Understanding customers' needs and identifying their problems.)
  • Responsible for explaining, negotiating, and revising the contracts of the company's projects to the clients.
  • Handled all CRM system related data
  • Show property and attend for our Japanese investors as needed. 
  • Coordinate with external partners such as lawyers, developers, banks, and other consultants together with General manager
  • Developing and executing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Assist our clients in rental, sales, purchase, and property management.
  • Managing several projects at once and working effectively.
  • Assist in procedures for establishing a company and opening a bank account with our partner attorneys.
  • Assist in procedures for obtaining visa permit with our partner attorneys.
  • Market research.

Job Requirements

  • Arabic and Japanese (Speaking and writing) are required.
  • Real estate background preferred
  • Experience in the translation field would be a plus.
  • Previous experience with Japanese clients would be a plus.
  • Good command of English (Speaking and writing) is preferred but not necessary.
  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role is preferred but not necessary.
  • Highly motivated to more study Japanese is preferred. (We can support financial assistance for that.)
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate/Leasing/Construction /Legal/Finance industry would be a plus.
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Negotiation & Problem-Solving skills are required.
