Treasury Accountant

Job Description :

Treasury Accountant is a position responsible to Ensure treasury tasks are running smoothly and achieve company objectives in utilizing the resources effectively, who will be directly reporting to the AR Manager and will be ensuring the below tasks:

1- Daily update for cash position for all bank accounts

2- Manage all treasury transactions and creating required reports.

3- Recording all bank transactions on daily basis

4- Handling day to day operations with financial institutions.

5- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations, investigate and clear reconciling cash/bank items regularly.

6- Managing cash flow in and out to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operation.

7- Creating and executing all payments via different payment methods.

8- Investing / borrowing funds on a short-term basis when needed

9- Cooperate with other departments.

10- Maintain banking relationships.

11- Monitoring and controlling the bank charges to ensure that the agreed tariffs are applied.

12- Issuing LGs – LCs – IDCs.

13- Responsible for Safe box Transactions.

14- Perform other duties as assigned and related to scope of work and profession.
