Job Description
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top technical talent.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings.
- Conduct detailed interviews and provide insightful recommendations to hiring teams.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Promote Erada’s employer brand and values to attract and retain high-caliber technical professionals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical talent acquisition or IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in an open workplace arrangement.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
