Role Overview
The Senior Data & AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping data infrastructure and supporting GBG’s digital transformation initiatives. Based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for remote work, this full-time hybrid role involves designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that enhance the company's IT infrastructure. This role will focus on data engineering, data modeling, ETL, data warehousing, and advanced analytics to support GBG’s mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
• Develop and implement data models, architectures, and data warehousing solutions to meet complex data processing requirements.
• Conduct data transformation, data integration, and data analytics to support business intelligence and decision-making needs.
• Manage and maintain database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and oversee data quality and integrity across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Create data visualization solutions and dashboards to enable data-driven insights, utilizing tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and QuickSight.
