Job Description
Main Role: responsible for front desk/reception and oversees various administrative tasks
- First point of contact for employees and guests
- Ensures office resources are secured
- Manage database
- Arrange for meetings, telecoms and travel bookings
- Ensure that reception services are provided in such a fashion that visitors are provided with a warm welcome and that their needs are swiftly attended to
- Ensure that all incoming communications (telephone calls, letters, email, Post-mails, etc.) are responded to professionally and reliably passed on to the appropriate person(s).
- Ensure that the reception area is well kept (neat and tidy) projecting a professional work environment.
- Maintain a record of the visitors; ensure that the visitor's Book is signed
- Ensure office resources are secured and maintained with proper log
- Ensure all functions of the office is in order
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in (HR/Business Administration/Finance/Accounting
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Customer service attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong Communication Skills
- Proficient Spoken & Written English
- Presentable
- Proficient Computer Skills
