Job Description

Main Role: responsible for front desk/reception and oversees various administrative tasks

  • First point of contact for employees and guests
  • Ensures office resources are secured
  • Manage database
  • Arrange for meetings, telecoms and travel bookings
  • Ensure that reception services are provided in such a fashion that visitors are provided with a warm welcome and that their needs are swiftly attended to
  • Ensure that all incoming communications (telephone calls, letters, email, Post-mails, etc.) are responded to professionally and reliably passed on to the appropriate person(s).
  • Ensure that the reception area is well kept (neat and tidy) projecting a professional work environment.
  • Maintain a record of the visitors; ensure that the visitor's Book is signed
  • Ensure office resources are secured and maintained with proper log
  • Ensure all functions of the office is in order

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in (HR/Business Administration/Finance/Accounting
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Customer service attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Proficient Spoken & Written English
  • Presentable
  • Proficient Computer Skills
