Job Description
- Responsible for all design coordination.
- Responsible for verification of bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Responsible for developing construction documents.
- Responsible for reviewing and approving modification drawings & variation orders.
- Responsible for handling & solving the request for information (RFI) received from project management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 5 years of experience.
- Real Estate development background is highly preferred.
- Excellent command in Auto-cad
