Job Description
- Understand and participate in updating the architectural design standards and guidelines
- Architectural design review to ensure compliance with the design brief, optimum design is achieved and the design integrity is maintained
- Architecture designs of Commercial, administrative and residential buildings
- Architecture designs of General sites of Resorts and compounds
- Coordination between the architecture files and other engineering departments
- Follow up with the consultants from the concept stage to the handover stage
- Review the submitted architectural designs to ensure integrity with adjacent developments
- Attend design progress meetings and any other necessary meetings/workshops
- Periodical site visits to ensure design integrity
- Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design
- Providing the conceptual design of Architectural drawings or Interior fit-out design requirements by the use of the architectural application.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of running a project from initial concept to completion.
- Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits, and inspections, and prepares related reports.
- Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, models, and mood boards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Architecture engineering.
- 5+ years of Experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
- Familiarity with Revit, Photoshop, 3D Max.
- Strong architectural design sense with ability to understand and analyze early design inputs (sketches and preliminary layouts).
