Job Description
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
- Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting guide inspectors, technicians to ensure that standards are met and Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the product manufacturing ratios and the steps and rework ratio, followed in the manufacturing stages by following the specific specifications of each product and ensuring the color, texture,hardness and taste of the products.
- Follow up on the stages of manufacturing Formation and monitor them and make sure of the specific dimensions and the degree of hardness of the product, as well as humidity and temperatures, and make metal dedicator taste to approve the batch.
- Monitoring the Coating process quality, product coverage in the specified proportions, and color matching with approved specifications.
- Ensure the quality of the product packaging and box, the availability of the expiry date clearly, and that there are no defects in printing or packaging.
- Approval of each stage of production and granting the batch by putting approval card after ensuring that it conforms to the technical specifications of each stage in order to proceed the remaining production stages.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree preferred in biology, chemistry, Agriculture or another food and science field.
- Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), lean Manufacturing .
- Manufacturing, Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L).
- Defines and lead processes related to integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 22000, 14001) and OHSAS 18001 International Food Standards, etc.
- 6 October City & Giza Residence is preferred
