Job Description

  • Provide dynamic and creative leadership through guiding and training the Resale team.
  • Provides direct coaching and training to the  Resale agents.
  • Support Resale agents to achieve their targets.
  • Supports all Resale agents in meetings and monitors their handling to clients.
  • Meet clients and solve their problems with the Resale team when needed.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the Resale team and follow up with them on their achievements and provide a report to the management.
  • Performs quarterly evaluations (KPIs) with his team and reports to the sales manager.
  • Ensure a smooth and dynamic workflow.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Brokerage Real Estate is MUST
  • Experience in the following areas (New Cairo - New Capital - North Coast & Sokhna)
  • Related Bachelor Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience, at least the last 3 years in the same position.
  • Excellent organizational and Management  skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skill
  • Excellent knowledge of Real Estate consultation
  • Very Good Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Certificate in Management or training in team leading is a plus
  • New Cairo residence or nearby is preferable
