Job Description
- Conduct user research to gain an understanding of the user needs as well as the ecosystem and culture around the users
- Leverage performance and usage analytics (ratings, reviews, learner behavior, and performance data) to provide data-driven learning design and optimization recommendations that enhance learner success and inform upstream content design and development
- Transform user needs into learning outcomes
- Design course outlines including identifying the scope and course sequence, prerequisite and requisite skills, and technical requirements for each learning program by incorporating Bloom’s taxonomy, Backward Design, and Mastery Learning best practices
- Estimate task duration based on almentor's SLA to assign tasks to IDs, Content Designers, QA Specialists, and other Stakeholders.
- Determine tradeoffs between schedule, resources, and scope in order to deliver on the project.
- Monitor, evaluate and enhance Projects' Performance
- Align with all the internal stakeholders to ensure better-utilized course production
- Document and archive related work documents and data
Job Requirements
- Higher study in education "Diploma, ME, Ph.D."
- Have Project Management experience in developing adult learning online courses in a professional context.
- 5+ years of professional experience in teaching online and creating online learning experiences with senior-level partners, clients, and/or subject matter experts.
- Experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative data "data cleaning, analysis, & visualization"
- Experience in working with and utilizing productivity and collaboration tools "ex. Microsoft Teams / Zoom, WordPress, Miro, Notion, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workplace including Google Slides, Hangouts, Drive, etc."
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills that seek opportunities to build constructive relationships, influence effectively, and cooperative alignment with a diverse group of peers, experts, and content partners to achieve business objectives and learner outcomes.
- Ability to initiate, coordinate, and manage numerous projects in concert, independently, and as a member of larger teams, within a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
- Professional experience in storyboard design, content development "video production, and interactive activities", and authoring tools.
- Lifelong learner with a passion for working with technical experts and educating other
- APTD/ATD Certification.
- Graphic design skills "Elements, fundamentals, and principles".
- Project Management professional study "PM Diploma, PMP certificate, MBA, etc.".
- Experience in Design thinking.
- Experience in Systems thinking
