Job Description
- Create and manage: receiving, warehousing, distribution processes and procedures, confirming staff compliance
- Conduct physical counts of products and reconcile with data to maintain adequate inventory levels
- Develop and monitor procedures for safety and security of warehouse environment and goods
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system across all warehouses
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.)
- Oversee all warehouse employees, including creating schedules, providing coaching and mentoring, in addition to issuing corrective action when required
- Perform additional responsibilities and duties as communicated.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervision
- Familiarity with inventory control and management
- Strong SAP experience and knowledge
- Willingness to travel across all warehouses
- Knowledge of proper safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team
