Job Description
- Create new employee personnel files and file papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Keeps employee records up to date by processing status changes on time.
- Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
- Conducts new hire orientation
- Prepares new-hire paperwork.
- Maintains HR information system records and compiles reports from the database.
- Manages and tracks all employee disciplinary action.
- Manages employee benefits of medical insurance and its referral.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- 5-7 years of experience in the same field
- Excellent background in labor law and other government compliance regulations.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to operate most standard office equipment.
- Very good command with the English language
- Excellent in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
