Job Description

  • Create new employee personnel files and file papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Keeps employee records up to date by processing status changes on time.
  • Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
  • Conducts new hire orientation
  • Prepares new-hire paperwork.
  • Maintains HR information system records and compiles reports from the database.
  • Manages and tracks all employee disciplinary action.
  • Manages employee benefits of medical insurance and its referral.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in the same field
  • Excellent background in labor law and other government compliance regulations.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to operate most standard office equipment.
  • Very good command with the English language
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
