Job Description
- Interface with Warehouse for any release and return and follow up its closure.
- Issue purchase requests needed for any program requirements.
- Project Requirements (Facilities, consumables).
- Letter arrangements, issuance & archiving.
- Manage documents archiving and printing.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Data gathering and follow up to facilitate project operations as security Clearances and access permissions.
- Logistics Requirements (Cars requests and handling from and to site).
- Petty cash settlements and handling.
- Site Administrative requirements.
- Existence will be in site and on office according to demand.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience 3-5 years as a Project Coordinator in technology sector is a must.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
