Job Description

  • Responsible for Customer Demand Relationship and Planning  inside the country.
  • Deploys the Customer Demand Management strategy in the Country.
  • Regularly reviews Customer Demand Management issues within the Country.
  • Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans for corrections at facility level.
  • Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and respect of Norms IATF, ISO14001, etc.
  • Supports the definition of standards for Customer Demand Management processes, based on the Benchmarks, making sure that the best service to the customer (internal and external customers) is considered with the lowest cost level (logistic, inventory).
  • Ensures accurate and efficient Production Control process.
  • Supports the management of customer relationship (RFQ, understanding demand, red alerts, SC disruptions).
  • Supports the new projects implementation in the plant.
  • Deputizes the Value Chain Account Manager to issue and process logistics alerts in case of a risk of customer line down.
  • Centralizes the inventory rolling forecast for Finished Goods on a monthly base.
  • Supports the escalation process of supplier bottlenecks.
  • Supports the Stock-take and cycle count processes in the Country.
  • Responsible for the S&OP Process in the Country and for standardization of MPS processes.
  • Responsible for the validation of the MPS inside the Country.
  • Ensures OTIF deliveries, respecting customer demand at the optimum cost level.
  • Ensures accuracy of parameters and inventories in the system for FG.
  • Responsible for customer management relationship (i.e. demand, red alert, delivery and recovery plan, PDCA for customer complaints).
  • Provides all necessary local information to Demand Management for S&OP.
  • Ensures accurate and efficient production scheduling process for customer satisfaction, respecting defined FG inventory policy and minimizing risk of production of obsolete stock.
  • Tracks FG excess stock and takes necessary actions to reduce it.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • SAP user is Preferred. 
  • A minimum 1-year experience.
  • Knowledge of Customer Handling.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Flexibility and working under stress.
  • Planning and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
