Job Description
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handle requests and inquiries appropriately
- Manage, follow up and track the top management plans
- Preparing reports, presentations and summaries
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Update and maintain the policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Assist the top management in the administrative tasks
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

- Deal with work pressures wisely and patiently and interact with every project or task before passing it on to the manager
- Ability to solve problems, handle every task delegated by the manager, and organize time
- Must be trusted and honest because, may deal with data that may be sensitive to the work
- Recommended to have IT background
