Job Description
- Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
- Handle all customer inquiries received timely and professionally.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying their problems.
- Respond to all inquiries related to the clients expected appointments or any changes/updates to the any phases.
- Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update the client’s account data on the company database to follow up on.
- Update client’s records on CRM application to acquire any changes in the client information such as: (Contact person – Mobile - Address – Email).

Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a CS Specialist not less than 1 year
- Excellent Communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Good user of CRM systems, MS Office
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- 5th settlement or nearby areas.
