Job Description
- Make flight reservations and bookings by using airline system
- Responding to all travel agents requests from booking and issuing tickets
- Provide accurate information regarding country rules, prices and policies
- Follow up with customers’ bookings and inquiries
- Resolve customers’ complaints with effective solutions
- Attend any other requests from management
- Provide daily reports regarding flights reservations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in airline ticketing system
- Knowledge in airline ticketing systems Amadeus or Galileo
- Attention to details
- Language skills: Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
