Job Description
- Oversee and maintain the in-kind donation program.
- Develop and implement goals and objectives for the in-kind donation program which reflect the mission of the organization.
- Assess the need for in-kind donations to enhance program/service delivery.
- Develop, administer, and review policies and procedures which guide the in-kind donation program and reflect the overall values of the organization.
- Track in-kind donation engagement, enter data, manage in-kind donor databases, pull reports, and analyze in-kind data and other administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- From 2-4 Proven work experience as a Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Target oriented
- Passionate about influencing and promoting ideas.
- Excellent English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
