Job Description
- Capable of using AutoCAD and 3ds max or Revit effectively and producing.
- Preparing presentations for design projects.
- Analyzing the project/client's needs and specifications and formulating offers for them.
- Attending meetings with customers to coordinate projects.
- Making mood boards for the clients
- Prepare Architecture schematic, design detailed.
- Prepare the project documents (time schedule, project design drawings, etc.).
- Study and reply for requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise and coordinate with all departments & other trades consultant.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in Architectural Engineering or Fine Arts Architecture, Décor from a reputable University.
- Years of experience: 2-3 years.
- Previous experience in different type of projects.
- Knowledge of Architectural design standards and codes.
- High experience in Architecture design, tender drawings.
- Good experience in Architecture concept design.
- AutoCAD, 3D Max, other related soft wares.
