Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results on shift production summaries and visual management boards.
- Supervises production during the different stages and work on solving all the problem.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; helping to develop others.
- Check the availability of production requirements (BPR, Materials, Headcount & machines) to achieve the required plan.
- Maintains quality by establishing and enforcing organization quality standards.
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs as needed.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on safety procedures and by maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
- Provide support for human resources at the departmental level, ensuring an effective performance assessment process, as well as identifying development & training needs.
- Ensure staff commitment to wearing the uniform, personal hygiene, and commitment to health & safety instructions.
- Handles investigations regarding all Production related issues.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Engineering / Science, Chemistry Department.
- 6-9 years of experience in Maintenance preferably in the same industry.
- Excellent Planning and organization skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Excellent documentation, Communication and Presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
