Job Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
⦁ Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
⦁ Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
⦁ Making sure that the agency has achieved its annual target of sales along with their personal target.
⦁ Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
⦁ Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
⦁ Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
⦁ Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
⦁ Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
⦁ Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
⦁ Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
⦁ Any other duties or task that may be assigned as per the business need.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
⦁ 3+ years of sales in the digital marketing field.
⦁ A must experience in a digital marketing agency for at least one year.
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⦁ Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal and written communications, critical thinking, excellent business writing, and problem-solving skills.
⦁ English level should be B2 (Upper Intermediate).
⦁ Patience and ability to engage clients in conversation.
⦁ Neat, well-groomed appearance.
