Job Description

  • Manage order cycle on system until order releasing making sure that system includes only requested & active orders.
  • Follow up orders delivery schedule with logistics team & track performance according to customer needs.
  • Provide requested daily & monthly reports, analysis & tracking requested by line manager.
  • Manage Quotation, return & maintenance orders process end to end.
  • Receive customer calls and provide the requested information.
  • Manage customer complaints if any.
  • Properly report feedback received from customers if any to the concerned parties inside the organization.
  • Set appointments for the customers at the factory - if needed - and make sure all arrangements are ready before customer arrival.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle VIP customers according to green line process.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer support experience
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
