Job Description
- Manage order cycle on system until order releasing making sure that system includes only requested & active orders.
- Follow up orders delivery schedule with logistics team & track performance according to customer needs.
- Provide requested daily & monthly reports, analysis & tracking requested by line manager.
- Manage Quotation, return & maintenance orders process end to end.
- Receive customer calls and provide the requested information.
- Manage customer complaints if any.
- Properly report feedback received from customers if any to the concerned parties inside the organization.
- Set appointments for the customers at the factory - if needed - and make sure all arrangements are ready before customer arrival.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Handle VIP customers according to green line process.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Minimum 2 years of Customer support experience
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
