Junior Accountant

Junior accountant is required for a Biotechnology and Life Science company,  in Cairo, Egypt.

Job Aim is to assist in preparing financial statement and prepare financial reports, support month end and year end close process. Beside managing all the company accounting Transactions and assist in direct internal and external audits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing and reviewing the regular financial records and documentation for expenses, invoices, collections, revenues etc. and submit any required report.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports.
• Maintain taxes and financial records and submit any required reports.
• Perform general ledger accounting duties ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
• Manage bank reconciliation and bank statements as well monitor all bank deposits, collections and payments.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the financial audit process and reports.
• Reviewing and monitoring purchase orders acknowledgements, quotations.
• Maintain inventory records and compare the invoices with the shipments received.
• Maintain fixed asset depreciation records.
• Preparing and managing the expenses transactions and reports
• Handle any required duty related to accounting. (upa, sales reports, etc.)
