Job Description

The duties of the supervisor of the group for attracting couriers and drivers to special branches in the region. Tasks Include:

  • Determining the necessary development plans for the region to connect drivers and the timing of the implementation of these plans.
  • Study the features of the region and adjust the work based on these features.
  • Following the company's development strategy, leading the work on the formation of the personnel policy of your department in the region, determining main directions and measures for implementation.
  • Formation of the basis of corporate culture, management of its development of the department in the region.
  • Forecasting and planning of the company's personnel needs.
  • Participate in recruitment & selection, & Interviewing candidates for vacant positions.
  • Leading a team of Agents, Motivating & Coaching them to achieve their targets.
  • Administering their transfers, promotions, demotions, impositions of administrative penalties, as well as the dismissal of employees together with the heads of structural divisions.
  • Analyze staff status & Trends, identify opportunities & areas of development, and provide management with reports on Staff issues, and how to best deal with the situation.
  • Assist colleagues at work in solving the tasks of their activities if the help can lead to a qualitative improvement in the results of their actions.

Job Requirements

  • Perfect English Speaking/Writing.
  • Good communicator and have experience in multicultural environments.
  • Experience in sales/marketing is desirable.
  • Having experience in managing teams within the office & remotely.
  • Preferably knowledge of the specifics of the courier service market, freight transport, and intercity transport.
  • Hands-on experience using Google apps i.e., Sheets, slides, docs, etc.
  • Adaptable and able to match the requirements of fast-based environments/industries.
  • Active, responsible, & result-oriented.
  • Organized and able to prioritize.
  • Willingness to travel.
