Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our growth, connecting with potential clients and learners to promote our training programs. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, building relationships, and driving revenue.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (individuals, corporates, and organizations) interested in IT and tech training programs.
- Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable training solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our training programs effectively.
- Provide feedback to improve our training offerings based on client needs.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in EdTech, IT, or tech-related fields.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Presentation Skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a Target-driven approach, passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- High school degree
- Strong understanding of IT and tech concepts (e.g., programming, data analysis, AI, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
