Job Description

- Develop and execute research plans to gather data and insights on the real estate market, customer trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant factors.

- Conduct primary and secondary research using a variety of methods, such as surveys, focus groups, industry reports, and market data.

- Analyze and interpret research data to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for the company.

- Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations that can be used to refine the company's marketing strategies, product offerings, and business decisions.

- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their data and information needs, and tailor the research and analysis accordingly.

- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate research findings and performance metrics to key stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, industry developments, and technological advancements relevant to the real estate sector.

- Provide strategic advice and guidance to the management team on data-driven decision-making and long-term planning.

- Identify areas for improvement in the company's market research and data analysis processes, and implement process optimizations.

- Manage the market research budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, economics, or a related field

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry

- Proficient in using market research tools, data analysis software, and data visualization techniques

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present research findings and recommendations effectively

- Proven track record of using data-driven insights to inform and influence business decisions

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
