Job Description
Orascom Hotel Management is looking for a E-commerce E-commerce Executive with minimum 2 years experience in Online Distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload rates and availability on CRS & OTA's extranet.
- Maintain cancellation policies and restrictions during peak periods.
- Monitor the display of rates - check for rate discrepancies in all online channels.
- Manage availability according to inventory available provided by Reservation department.
- Prepare monthly production reports.
- Ensure invoices are paid.
- Work with 25 individual hotels part of the chain.
- Handle amenities and information displayed on OTA's (Booking.com, Expedia etc).
- Create and modify data dumps sheets for mapping Channel Manager to OTA plaforms
- Coordinate PMS (Opera) interface with Synxis CRS system
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Minimum one year experience in revenue management or E-commerce department.
- Highly computer literate : Expert in Excel sheet, Using OTA extranets or other hotel related CRS systems.
- interested in new technologies, easy going with new software.
- Self-learner, adaptability, precise.
- The job is located in El-Gouna; but during COVID-9 work from home is an option for candidates used to work independently.
